Millbury Drawings and Prints Ltd specialise in commissioning original paintings and drawings by established artists. These include paintings of the English Countryside, Provence countryside and villages as well as architectural, historical and topographical subjects. We publish fine art prints from these individually commissioned drawings and paintings. All our prints are issued as limited, numbered editions with many individually signed by the artist. Our range of drawings and prints are designed to appeal to discerning collectors with special interests and to all with an eye for highly affordable fine art. IMPORTANT Please read this notice about your Data Privacy The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information of individuals within the European Union (EU). GDPR came into effect across the EU on May 25, 2018 Millbury Drawings and Prints cares about your data so please take a moment to read our new data policy. What data do we collect? We collect Names, Addresses, Email addresses and occasionally phone or mobile numbers. We also collect financial information you provide us with to be able to take payments for and process your order. We also uses cookies whilst you are on our website to run the shopping cart, navigation etc. Why do we collect this data? We do so in order to be able to fulfil your order and deliver the goods to you and to handle any queries and respond to you to ensure you are totally happy with your purchase. What do we do with the data once we have collected it? All the data necessary to fulfil your order is held by us for approximately one month then it is deleted. We keep no permanent records, mailing lists etc. All of the financial transactional data is directly inputted into our Payment Processing Partners (PayPal) system and is not seen or saved by us at all. If you supply us your credit card detail by phone or email they are kept until the transaction has been processed and then they are deleted. All cookie data is not collected or saved and is regularly wiped from the catalogue systems as part of our maintenance routine. Your right to know what data we hold on you? All the data we have is provided by you to enable us to fulfil your order. Once the order has been successfully filled we delete all your data. How secure is my data? During that period of approx. one month all electronic data is encrypted on our e-commerce system. All back-ups are secured and password protected in a single location. What about mailing lists and promotions? We will no longer offer email promotions, if you have a large order or are looking for information about commissions then please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your needs. These transactions are not processed via our website. Will you remember me as a repeat customer? We’re sorry but no. Every order is treated as an individual and unique transaction. My right to know what data you hold on me If you have any concerns about the privacy of the data you have provided us with then please email us at millbury.gmail.com and mark the subject of the email GDPR. We aim to answer all GDPR queries as soon as possible but within no more than four weeks form date of receipt of your email. Once we have dealt with you query your contact details will be deleted. We only have data that you have provided us with to enable us to process your order. Once that is complete, approximately one month, we delete all your data. If you contact us during that month we will only have the data you gave us. If you contact us after the month we will have none of your data. My right to be forgotten We have taken care of this for you. All personal data is kept exclusively for the purpose of processing the order and is then deleted after approximately one month. Your name only is listed in a record book listing names of who purchased any given print number and this book is kept in a locked cupboard. No electronic financial information is held by us as this all processed directly with our Payment Processing Partner (PayPal). The exception to this is where you have given us your payment details by email or phone and they are deleted after the transaction has been completed. Inconvenience We apologies in advance for any inconvenience that this new legislation may cause in your dealings with us. It is a legal requirement that we comply with it in its entirety. Millbury Drawings and Prints is run by its two principals, Bill and Chris Stotesbury, and you can be assured of their personal attention to all matters relating to the originals or prints. Unless otherwise stated all our prints are supplied on 192 gsm Archival Matt A3 plus paper (483mm x 329mm). This has been specifically chosen for its durability and fade-resistant qualities. Can I buy the original? Some of Bill Stotesbury's original paintings and drawings are available for sale. Where they are available this is noted on the individual pages of the galleries Sizes listed refer to the image size on the heavy duty watercolour paper or canvas as appropriate.
